Understands the overall BU's strategies and objectives and can assess the impact to the BU.* Execute Entegris Phase Gate (Accolade) process from idea to commercialization.* Develops and executes project plans, including factors such as goals and objectives, schedules, budgets, implementation plans and work assignments. Identifies appropriate team members to accomplish scope of projects. Delegates effectively. Builds awareness and support of overall project through active communication with all levels of employees. Meets established deadlines.* Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with projects. Establishes metrics to assess the overall success of each project. Implements tracking systems to monitor financial elements of project and manages project financial expenditures to ensure budget compliance.* Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization. Participates in Entegris' continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
