If this sounds like your type of environment, we are eager to speak to you!ROLE SUMMARYWe are hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to manage a team of Account Executives who will focus on major markets across the United States. The Director of Enterprise Sales will work with their team to drive the end to end sales process within targeted accounts. This includes a team focused on selling all Everlywell products to enterprise businesses such as employers and universities, as well as state and federal governments. The goal and focus will be on a market segment of large employers who meet a certain criteria of an ideal customer.Reporting directly to the EVP of Enterprise Sales, you will join a team that loves solving big problems for clients, building relationships, providing a best-in-class solution, working within a great team selling environment, business strategy and new opportunities. You'll be instrumental in growing Everlywell's employers vertical, so being an exceptional team leader, highly motivated and entrepreneurial is a must.What You'll Do:

  • Manage and cultivate numerous pipelines of opportunities and manage progression/deal flow, with a keen emphasis on large strategic employers
  • Must have a clear, proven ability to manage a sales team, partner and lead to close large complex deals, exceed sales goals and work well with internal stakeholders and cross functional partners
  • Collaborate with leaders in product, operations, engineering and marketing to provide concise and timely market feedback
  • Scope client implementations, define opportunities, and assist Account Executives in launching profitable new clients
  • Lead, monitor and manage sales activities throughout a sales team to effectively coach Account Executives in reaching their goals
  • Manage partnerships and sales lifecycles, from building prospecting strategies to assisting in launching transitions to account management
  • Must be willing to roll up sleeves and execute in a scrappy and at times ambiguous environment, while maintaining flexibility based upon company goals, growth objectives and cultureWho You Are:
    • 8 plus years experience leading or managing sales teams or a sales organization
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field
    • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry is required
    • Numerous years of expertise and a robust network in healthcare is required
    • Proven track record managing a sales team in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex sale environment
    • Demonstrable competency in enterprise sales processes, contracting, partnerships and closing deals
    • Resilient with the ability to constructively work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to set territory sales strategy and execute on the plan
    • Demonstrates interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to greatly contribute to team culture
    • Analytical/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving
    • Deep understanding of the sales and implementation cycle, matching deals to company capabilities and ensuring profitable partnerships
    • Ability to represent the company with external constituents
    • Must be willing to travel up to 50+%.
