Whether you're into our values, our brand, or our egg-cellent puns, we hope you'll join our Crew and help us change the world 108 square feet at a time!The Associate Brand Manager, Shell Eggs reporting to the Brand Manager, Shell Eggs, is an integral member of the marketing team and is responsible for helping execute the brand strategy to continue driving tremendous growth nationally for Vital Farms. This role requires a self-motivated person who can operate at the intersection of business portfolio management, product commercialization, and integrated marketing communications.What You'll Do:

  • Own brand team inputs in the demand forecast process alongside key internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership)
  • Analyze and provide actionable insights from consumption data and business results, including assessments of consumer/market trends, category landscape, and evolving business environment
    • Lead cross-functional team members in the commercialization of new products, product changes, and/or quality improvements
    • Partner with Sales in providing brand support for retail sell-in initiatives
    • Ongoing management and reporting of the comprehensive marketing budget
    • Support implementation of integrated marketing communications plans across paid, owned and earned media assets in collaboration with our team of agency partners
    • Tackle various other interesting projects that help us grow Vital FarmsWhat You Bring to the Table:
      • Passion for ethical food and purpose-driven brands
      • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA a plus
      • Excellent business acumen with a curiosity and passion for understanding the business holistically with a general management approach
      • Demonstrated successes in roles with increasing responsibility, including experience in CPG brand management with proven business and brand results
      • Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with detailed, in-the-moment thinking
      • Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and storytelling from data
      • Ability to manage several different projects at a time with competing levels of urgency
      • Ability to develop strong relationships across internal and external partners with sound interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally, collaborative attitude, and a strong team player)
      • Self-starter who can tackle and lead projects where there may be no precedence
      • Self-aware and open to feedback
      • Ability to travel
