• Leads the planning and governance of the annual SRO multi-million-dollar project roadmap
• Performs Supply Demand/Capacity Planning to support the annual roadmap
• Performs Portfolio Change Control and Financial Change Control
• Maintains critical roadmap data and ensures data integrity
• Performs Portfolio Analysis and Reporting, including overall health of the portfolio
• Collaborates with assigned team(s) to understand critical roadmap investments and business drivers for those investments
• Reports on delivery status and compliance of a portfolio of capabilities/investments --against planned outcomes
• Defines and communicates process and common toolsets to gain consistency across reporting areas
• Communicates portfolio updates and analysis to stakeholders, including executive team
  Qualifications:Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience; or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio planning and governance experience
  • Strong Financial acumen
  • Strong program / project management experience; experience driving large-scale projects/initiatives with demonstrated understanding of breadth of needs and ability to prioritize accordingly
  • Strong business process and strategic capabilities
  • Strategic thinker
  • Consultative with strong command and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitator and communicator
  • Senior analytical skills - ability to manage both very detailed and macro information with ease; able to take complex and ambiguous issues and topics, promote --understanding and drive actions among stakeholders
