a Principal Air Quality Engineer to join our Integrated
Sustainability and Compliance (ISC) team, in a Texas office such as
Austin, Dallas, or Houston. This will be a hybrid role, splitting
time between an Arcadis office, remote work and visits to client
sites. ISC is an area of our business that is growing rapidly and
is a priority in our global strategy and an area of heightened
focus and investment in our current strategy cycle. ISC services
include Air Quality Permitting and Compliance, Environmental Due
Diligence, Environmental Compliance and Assurance, Safety
Compliance and Assurance, Digital EHS&S, Industrial Hygiene,
Sustainability and Product Stewardship. In this role you will work
directly with the North American Air Quality and Noise Community of
Practice Leaders to grow the Gulf Coast air quality practice and
provide support to our key clients. You will be responsible for
leading Gulf Coast based air quality projects such as air
permitting and compliance support, regulatory applicability and
strategy development, emissions inventory development and
reporting, engine and ozone depleting substances compliance,
greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability reporting and/or air
dispersion modeling. You will also support sales and marketing
efforts in the Gulf Coast by meeting with clients, writing
proposals, and leading technical projects to deliver excellent Air
Quality Services. As a Consultant with Arcadis, you'll soon

technical communities within the Environmental, Health and Safety

growth and help grow Air Quality Services with our key clients.
Role accountabilities: This role includes performing a wide variety
of air quality services for clients in industries such as chemical,
oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, and transportation. While
your project focus will be air quality, you will have the
opportunity to participate in other environmental compliance
projects within our ISC group. Apply your extensive knowledge of
Federal and State (with a focus on Texas and Louisiana) air quality
regulations to air permitting and compliance projects. Work closely
with the North American Air Quality and Noise Community of Practice
Leaders to grow the Gulf Coast air practice through supporting
client and proposal development activities. Lead air permitting
projects such as Permits-by-Rule, minor NSR, FESOP, Title V, PSD
(and PSD avoidance), and Non-Attainment NSR (and NNSR Avoidance).
Collaborate with Arcadis’ air team and mentor junior staff to
ensure application of regulatory knowledge, analytical techniques,
and excellent project delivery. Perform environmental compliance
audits with a focus on air quality and EPCRA. Manage project teams
to deliver high quality, on time, on budget project deliverables.
Work in partnership with the ISC team to provide strategic
multi-disciplined EHS solutions to key clients. In this role you
must be willing to travel up to 10-25% for project and client needs
which may include single overnight trips. Most work can be
performed from an Arcadis office location or remotely.
Qualifications & Experience: Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 15
years’ experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical or
Environmental Engineering; or related engineering field Preferred
Qualifications: Masters degree in the fields listed above PE
registration in Texas and/or Louisiana Gulf Coast Chemical and Oil

The salary range for this position is $136,000-204,000. Actual
salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as
experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and
