Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field,
or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in
program management. Experience managing the lifecycle of
cross-functional network infrastructure or software engineering
projects. Experience managing client relationships (e.g., internal
or external), including acting as the primary liaison between
business stakeholders and technical engineering teams to translate
business requirements into technical deliverables. Experience in
process design and automation, utilizing project management
methodologies and tools to track scope, schedule, budget, and
metrics for technical programs. Preferred qualifications: 8 years
of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in enterprise networking, including Software-Defined
Networking (SDN), or implementing AI-enabled/self-sustaining
network solutions. Strong data fluency and problem-solving skills
with the ability to instrument processes for data collection, build
complex performance dashboards, and use data to influence
engineering roadmaps and deliver value to customers. Excellent
executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of
leading high-stakes strategic alignment sessions (e.g., quarterly
business reviews) and managing escalations with C-suite or VP-level

and much more. The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of accountability and
strategic contact, building deep, proactive partnerships with key
stakeholders including executives, product managers, and engineers
across customer organizations. Act as the authoritative within the
enterprise network organization, channeling requirements, use
cases, and frustrations directly to influence internal product
development and network strategy. Establish and lead formal,
data-driven planning and review sessions with executive leadership
to ensure continuous alignment of network delivery goals with the
client's business objectives. Act as the executive point of
escalation for high-stakes strategic or relationship-level issues,
guiding swift resolution to maintain customer trust and minimize
service disruption. Partner with network engineers, software
engineers, and project managers to deliver large technical
networking projects.
