Job Description Job Description Step into a Build-and-Test role
in Austin Join a hands-on electro-mechanical team in Austin, Texas
on an 18-month contract-to-hire path. Your day is a blend of
precision assembly, diagnostics, and documentation—bringing complex
vacuum and pneumatic systems to life and keeping them running
flawlessly. A day in this role Start by reviewing work orders,
blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
to plan your build or repair. Assemble electro-mechanical,
electrical, vacuum, and pneumatic subassemblies and systems; check
fit, function, and compliance to spec. Use test fixtures,
electronic measurement gear, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to
validate performance and isolate issues. Troubleshoot at the
component and system level; make corrections and repairs, then
retest to confirm resolution. Log progress, work expenses, and
labor in the computer; at times you may perform light programming,
software installs, or repairs to support production. Receive and
audit incoming parts to ensure kits are complete; inspect for
defects before build. Document completed work and contribute ideas
to streamline and improve processes. What you bring 2–3 years in
electro-mechanical assembly and testing of finished products.
Comfort reading blueprints and electrical schematics. Hands-on
troubleshooting and repair experience. Strong computer proficiency.
Vacuum system experience is great—if you’re light on vacuum skills,
we’ll train you. Background in semiconductor environments and
familiarity with SAP are pluses. Core proficiencies Equipment

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Monday 6:00 AM –
