• 401K Matching!Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Microvellum Millwork Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and engineering custom millwork projects using Microvellum software. This position requires a strong understanding of millwork, including wall paneling, casework, custom doors, moldings, stone, and architectural metalwork.   • Design and engineer custom millwork projects using Microvellum software.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Generate production drawings and material lists for custom millwork projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to AWI standards and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design or production process.
  • Continually update and improve design processes and techniques to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in millwork design and engineering.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Production Engineer or Millwork Engineer.
    • Proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD software.
    • Strong understanding of millwork, including wall paneling, casework, custom doors, moldings, stone, and architectural metalwork.
    • Familiarity with various finishing techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of AWI standards and guidelines.
