The Role
The SSD/Workplace network team is responsible for managing and developing Tesla's WiFi and ClearPass infrastructure globally for all service center, workplace and supercharger locations. This provides secure WiFi for all devices. This role is required to ensure the global instances are healthy in a high availability state, continuous growth in footprint, standardization on policies and services, and development of automation process for special projects.
Responsibilities

• Develop Dev/QA and PROD environment
• Function as a Tier-1/2 escalation point for WiFi and CPPM related issues
• Monitor, analyze, and report metrics
• Document global WiFi and CPPM infrastructure components and "Run-Book"
• Must be able to work occasional weekends, after hours, and holidays Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience with WiFi/Aruba ClearPass and FreeRADIUS.
  • Extensive experience in 802.1x, RADIUS, policy features, PKI certificates, wired and wireless NAC, and CPPM server configuration.
  • Experience level knowledge of IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, SNMP, and QOS
  • Experience with developing scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and collect metrics
  • Preferred Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Excellent organizational skills and solid team player
  • Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot high level, complex technical problems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication
