IntroductionSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals are
engineers who specialize in reliability and resiliency with the
right mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems. They are
responsible to analyze business needs, problem determination,
advise & design, build, test, deploy, changes and maintenance of a
well-engineered information system and ecosystems.Your Role and
ResponsibilitiesThe infrastructure running industries like
transportation, energy, insurance, banking, or healthcare is
quickly changing as the world's relationship with technology
evolves. Companies have more choices than ever before between
on-premise, off-premise, or hybrid approaches. Our Infrastructure
Specialists are responsible for keeping up with the latest and most
significant of these changes and using their expertise to deliver
solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.As a
Site Reliability Engineer on this team, you will:Operate in an
agile manner and under strict change controlMaintain the
environment according to the Policy Compliance Management
requirements.Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance
functions to ensure system health, troubleshoot and resolve
problemsPresent status information on issues and problems at the
team meetings.Document software changes and problem-resolution
steps.Assure best practices and standards are implemented and
adhered to for software systemsProvide on-call support and
implementation after-hours on a rotating basisWho you are:Someone

critical areas of improvement and work across the team to implement

Boston Metro, MA; New York, NY; Raleigh, NC; Armonk, NY; and
Southbury, CT. However, since the nature of our work is hybrid, we
welcome applications from other locations.Required Technical and
Professional ExpertiseStrong experience managing IBM MQ
environments in AIX, Red Hat Linux, and WindowsStrong
Infrastructure OS and Middleware experienceWilling and able to
provide on-call support and implementation after-hours on a
rotating basisAutomation skills (preferably Ansible)Preferred
Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience using ServiceNow for
reporting and building dashboardsFamiliarity with tools like Cisco

full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your
job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and
frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment
classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your
compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.We consider
