Hypori has an immediate need for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer
that will be part of a working to deliver the next generation
Hypori platform and is responsible for crafting and implementing
innovative solutions at scale.
What You'll DoUsing your knowledge of cyber security, cloud
operations, FedRAMP, CSfC, and DoD IL5, you will lead the security
compliance program for gaining and maintaining Risk Management
Framework (RMF)/Authorization to Operate (ATO) compliance for
Hypori SaaS and on-premise installations. On a given day you may be
prioritizing technical issues for resolution, facilitating security
risk assessments, tracking, and updating required compliance
artifacts and evidence, or setting expectations for company
leadership.

about building and maintaining a highly secure environment!
Who You AreYou are a self-starter, able to successfully support,
large, complex compliance programs. You can influence
multi-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Your qualifications include:
8+ years of compliance program management including experience with
Government Cloud (DoD IL5), FedRAMP, and ISO27001 requirements.
Risk Management Framework (RMF) background required, which
describes the standard all federal agencies, including the DOD must
follow to secure, authorize, and manage information systems and
specifies a process for initially securing, integrating and
constant monitoring the protection of systems through an ATO
(Authorization To Operate).
Experience initiating a new service and processing through the
RMF/ATO or process, experience with various security controls, in
addition with maintaining established services.
An outstanding record of security project management success,
including establishing schedules, tracking progress, mitigating
risk, achieving results and use of professional, repeatable
methodology.
Maintain CSfC program updates and continuous monitoring for
accredited systems
An ability to lead diverse teams (employees, consultants, vendors)
and to distribute, assign, and ensure completion of work without
direct management authority.
Proven written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office and
project management tools.
Experience using Atlassian tool suite such as Jira and
Confluence.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Certifications (Desired not required):
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
