We debate and deliberate on the best ideas to improve our tech stack, and strive for an inclusive atmosphere that champions the psychological wellness of all of our teammates.About The JobThe Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for building out test automation around our top-20 rated app with a dedicated user base, and will be tasked w/ validating the implementation of new features and improvements to existing functionality. You will be part of an agile team focused on enterprise and will be an active participant in shaping the feature roadmap. You will collaborate across the organization to apply your skills to assist external-facing efforts. The senior QA engineer will improve and enhance our existing automated framework coverage, as well as help guide our future path for how to achieve and maintain leading-industry quality. You will collaborate daily with back-end and front-end developers, designers, product, and the rest of the team to deliver well-designed, well-built, well-tested, and thus high-quality solutions.What You'll Do

• Help design and lead initiatives to expand and improve on our automated quality gating, SDLC, and manual testing practices
• Interact closely with our product, design, and engineering teams
• Guide transformation of our top-20 rated app into a best-in-class mobile experience, helping ensure the best performance and user experience of the application
• Test and support our consumer Android and iOS apps to delight millions of users
• Identify, design, lead and/or contribute to anything and everything that needs to get done
• Create and maintain a strong relationship with our global app developers and QA, in order to execute as one unified teamWhat You Need

  • You have extensive experience in building and executing automated QA that aligns with our technology stack.
  • You have experience building mobile apps that are used by millions of happy users.
  • You have a solid foundation in scaling mobile apps with high quality.
  • You have strong self-discipline and don't need to be micromanaged.
  • You are passionate about working in a dynamic and growing startup environment with a tight-knit, supportive engineering team that strives to make work interesting, challenging, and fun.
