Elm Street offers a growing portfolio of real estate technology and marketing services with the goal of providing one vendor and one point of contact, fully fused into one singular platform - Elevate - to capture and nurture more leads into closed business.Elm Street's portfolio of products and services allow busy real estate professionals the ability to streamline and automate their marketing and day-to-day business objectives by offering high-end IDX websites, lead generation tools, a powerful CRM, email, social, text, and blog marketing automation, recruiting and retention tools, and more.Experience: At least 3 years experience as a technical Marketing Engineer in a related industry.Skills/Requirements:Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive frameworks required.Intermediate knowledge of PHP and Javascript/React required.Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgresSQL) required.Knowledge and experience with Gatsby and Next js preferred.Basic knowledge of Git, version control systems and WordPress preferred.Experience working with APIs preferred.Familiarity / experience with Adobe Creative Suite.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain multiple, existing customer-facing websites (PHP/Javascript/React).Assist other team members with content updates and form connectivity on customer-facing websites.Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to add new pages, features, and functionality to customer-facing websites.Manage and maintain WordPress blog site usability, including updating plugins.Assist with marketing automation related tasks including email marketing and Zapier/API connectivity.Propose and build new marketing site solutions with a focus on React site frameworks.The Marketing Engineer is supervised by the Chief Marketing Officer, with immediate report to the Marketing Sr. Lead Engineer.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Personal Characteristics of a Marketing Engineer- Ability to work remotely with a remote team and with a cooperative team-oriented spirit- Self-motivated and ability to work independently- Exercises good judgment and sensitivity to changing situations and needs- Desire to learn
