Great company to work with!!Position Title: Technical Solutions EngineerLocation: Austin, TX.Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)Responsibilities:* The Ideal candidate will be a technical subject matter expert in client's serverless IoT Platform technology.* Will Provide guidance to customers about how to use our APIs and SDKs.* Work closely with customers to help design solutions.* Must be able to support a flexible schedule working with international development teams.* Serves as a liaison between our development team and our customers.* Assist as necessary in pre-sales engineering activities including conducting training for potential customers.* Support production of content to assist sales, marketing, and customers including blog posts, training videos and documentation.Required Skills:* Should have minimum 3 years of experience with REST-based API development, and usage preferred.* Experience with customer relationship management.* Experience with iOS and Android Development and SDKs a plus.* Customer-first attitude with the ability to think like a customer.* Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS experience would be a plus.Benefits:* Health Insurance.* 401K* PTO* And Much more.If you are interested, kindly apply to this job opening with your resume and contact details, we will reach you at our earliest.
