Location: Round Rock, TX Description: Our client is currently seeking a Enterprise Monitoring Engineer Round Rock, TX W2 Candidates only! Job Description: Experienced with migrations from NetCool Probes to Moogsoft AIOPS Experienced with migrations from Zenoss (custom rules and Zenpacks) to ITRS Geneos Transition all existing integrations and devices from legacy monitoring tools to new monitoring solutions (Moogsoft, ITRS Geneos) Act as monitoring tool administrator for Moogsoft, ITRS Geneos Good understanding of monitoring tools, components and best practices for facilities, network, infrastructure, and application monitoring Excellent communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with both IT support teams and IT management Knowledge and experience of networks that include Switching, Routing, Firewalls and troubleshooting network connectivity issues Preferred Qualifications: Expert experience working in Redhat Linux and Windows Operating Systems Experience with JavaScript and JSON Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related ITSM disciplines Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrates critical thinking Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science IT Financial industry is a plus Experienced in the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms Must be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision Contact: acano@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
