Job Description:

This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining job-site organization, and ensuring the project plan is executed effectively in the field. The Superintendent is expected to be present on assigned jobsites throughout the workday for the duration of each project. You will direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, correctly, and according to scope. The Superintendent also represents the organization professionally when communicating with clients, property managers, residents, and internal team members. Accurate documentation is essential. Daily jobsite updates must be completed in project management software, including progress reports, manpower tracking, photos, and issue logs. This documentation supports billing, change orders, and project records. The role also involves building strong relationships with reliable trade partners and contributing to a dependable network of subcontractors that support consistent project delivery.
