Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting in New
Braunfels, TX, supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
This contract position spans the current school year, with a
caseload of approximately 60-65 students and requires visits to
multiple school sites within the district. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to individual
student needs Collaborate with educational staff to develop and
implement effective intervention strategies Participate in ARD
(Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings to contribute to
individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct thorough evaluations
to assess students' occupational therapy needs and progress
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist
Registered (OTR) licensure is mandatory Experience working with
school-aged children in a K-12 educational environment is highly
preferred Familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration and
school-based therapy requirements Strong communication and
organizational skills to manage a sizable caseload effectively
Location: New Braunfels, Texas, with travel between multiple school
sites within the district as required This role offers the
