customers and schedule service appointments Listen to customer
concerns and accurately document repair needs Provide clear and
detailed service recommendations Communicate effectively with
technicians and relay findings to customers Keep customers updated
on vehicle status and timelines Ensure all repair orders are
completed and closed out properly Promote additional services when
appropriate Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and
professionalism Requirements Prior experience as a service advisor
or in a customer-facing role preferred Basic understanding of
automotive repairs and maintenance Strong communication and
customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in
a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and service
software Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits
