Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects from preconstruction through final completion. This role manages project teams, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful execution in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of assigned electrical construction projects. Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting. Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership. Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes. Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors. Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations. Identify and address project risks, change orders, and contract modifications. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Mentor Project Managers and support staff as needed. Required Qualifications & Competencies Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical electrical projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
