Hubbard, TX Job Summary The Scheduler is responsible for supporting
project scheduling activities across assigned project. This role
involves developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing
project information, and preparing clear documentation that
supports effective planning, coordination, and execution. The
Scheduler will work closely with project teams, trade partners, and
management to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned
with project goals. Primary Duties Maintain and update schedule
activity durations and overall project timelines. Develop detailed
project schedules in collaboration with the project team and trade
partners. Monitor project progress in accordance with established
schedules and departmental procedures. Assist with the input,
analysis, and tracking of design deliverables, procurement
activities, and construction schedules. Prepare internal and
external reports summarizing project schedule status. Apply
planning, scheduling, and cost-related techniques to support
project analysis and problem-solving. Assist in developing baseline
schedules using properly sequenced work activities. Support the
preparation of schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports.
Help develop project schedule layouts, alternate schedules, and
progress measurement tools. Review vendor and subcontractor
schedule updates for accuracy and alignment with project progress.
Verify that schedule updates accurately reflect work completed.
Understand project flow, sequencing, and logistics to support
effective schedule development. Work with project managers and
discipline leads to identify schedule risks, delays, and
opportunities for improvement. Recommend work-around strategies to
help maintain project timelines. Participate in project Pull
Planning sessions. Demonstrate Yates Core Values and Principles and

Expectations Refuse unsafe work and follow all Yates Safety
Procedures and Work Practices. Report incidents, near hits, and
hazards to management. Wear and maintain required personal
protective equipment (PPE). Alert coworkers to hazardous
situations. Participate in workplace inspections and required
training. Comply with all statutory safety requirements. Provide
suggestions to improve safety performance. Attend and contribute to
prestart and safety meetings. Assist with administering the site
safety program as needed and ensure trade partner compliance with
OSHA standards and Yates site-specific requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering,
Business Administration). Equivalent education, training, or
relevant work experience may substitute for a degree. 3–7 years of
commercial construction experience preferred Requirements Strong
working knowledge of ERP cost management tools. Broad understanding
of engineering and construction disciplines. Proficiency with
Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project. Strong analytical,
organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work
collaboratively with project teams and trade partners. Physical
