Job Description Job Description Job Title: HVAC Installer
Primary Job Function: Under the direct supervision of the Lead
Installer or Project Manager, the HVAC Installer is responsible for
the installation of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
systems. Key responsibilities include: Installing HVAC systems to
meet quality and performance standards. Reporting to work on time
and ready to contribute each day. Following all safety guidelines
to ensure a secure job site. Safely operating hand and power tools
to complete installation tasks. Working in confined spaces, such as
crawl spaces, as required. Maintaining clear verbal communication
with the Project Manager throughout the workday. Requirements: Must
be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to reliably commute to
job sites. Willingness to undergo a background check. Prior HVAC
experience (preferred but not required). Job Type: Contract Pay:
Starting at $20.00 per hour Expected Hours: 30 – 45 per week
