Job Description Job Description Automotive A-Level Technician Austin, TX $35–$45 Flat Rate Guaranteed $750/week Productivity Schedules Include Saturdays We are actively hiring 2 experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians for a brand new shop in Austin , TX . This role is ideal for a proven producer who wants strong earning potential, minimal admin tasks, and a true work/life balance. Compensation $35–$45 flat rate (based on productivity) Guaranteed $750 per week Productivity pay on top of guarantee What We Offer Paid holidays Ongoing training (in-house and off-site) Uniforms provided ASE certification reimbursement Lunch provided once a week Parts at cost $500 running balance available for parts if needed Strong focus on work/life balance Health insurance not offered at this time. Shop Needs / Role Expectations Shop is hiring 2 A-Level Techs 5 years automotive repair experience Heavy diagnostic work Techs will NOT be responsible for: Ordering parts Writing estimates DVIs are required Tekmetric knowledge is a plus Work is start-to-finish Flat-rate position Qualifications Proven track record of production Able to consistently flag hours Strong diagnostic and repair skills Professional, organized, and dependable Good communication skills Valid, clean driver's license Ability to work on all makes and models ASE certifications are a plus
