About the RoleZenBusiness is seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and grow our paid campaigns. Our ideal candidate will be:
Well versed on paid search platforms with 3-5 years of experience managing campaigns and 1-2 years managing monthly budgets over $250k across Google Ads and Bing Ads.Highly analytical and able to analyze large data sets in Excel and other analytics tools to see how key metrics work together to hit forecasts and grow the business.A multitasker that can juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.Dedicated with a strong work ethic to achieve goals and deliver results.Familiar with social ad platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn (this is preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:Your day-to-day will be a mix of the following tasks and projects.Manage our paid marketing in Google and Bing with a desire to continually test and learn.Write & test ad copy to improve click-through-rate, conversion rate, and revenue.Analyze and optimize campaigns using our reporting system and analytics tools.Get exposure to new channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and more as we grow.Lead key projects around keyword discovery, ad copy, and conversion optimization.
Goals and Desired Results:We will track your performance and ability to deliver results in the following areas. Performance vs. forecast on key metrics like conversions, customer acquisition costs, and revenue against your monthly and annual goals.Company goals around customer retention, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.Your ability to go above-and-beyond by exceeding expectations, identifying new opportunities, streamlining processes, etc.
Required QualificationsCandidate should meet the following qualifications when applying for the role.Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or other applicable field3-5 years of relevant paid search marketing experienceHighly analytical and proficient with Excel, Google Analytics, and similar toolsExpert on paid search platforms and desktop tools for Google Ads and Bing AdsUnderstand best practices for keyword research, account structure, ad copy testing, bid automation, and conversion testingProven experience managing multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and objectivesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture with other smart and passionate peopleStrong work ethic and desire to learn and grow your knowledge of digital advertising, industry trends, and how to grow a successful startupGreat communication and presentation skills
