Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage the Marketing Department. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. The Marketing Department is responsible for creating high-quality marketing products and strategies for our UPLIFT Desk brand. The best part is we already have exceptional, market-leading products! You will use your creative talents to launch innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Exceptional judgment, attention to detail and an eye for quality are crucial. A keen sense of how to effectively put yourself in the customer's shoes is a must and should be second nature to you.Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of ecommerce marketing team management
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Effective in managing timelines, project budgets, and multiple team members
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with audience tracking, segmentation, and data analytics
• Brand, product, and e-commerce marketing expert experience working for a mid-size or larger company
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementPreferred Qualifications
  • 5+ Years ecommerce marketing management experience
  • Experience with G-suite/Google Workspace (docs and spreadsheets)
  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Experience with project management software, such as AirTableWhat You'll Do
    • Manage marketing communications, advertising, branding, and public relations
    • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution using your strong knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies
    • Cross-department collaboration between the marketing, webdev, multimedia, sales, and product design teams to launch marketing campaigns on time and on budget
    • Develop product positioning and buyer-focused messaging that differentiates UPLIFT Desk products in a competitive market
    • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Evaluate emerging technologies
    • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateBenefits

        • Location: Austin, TXCurrently is a hybrid position and follows a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs.
