marketing technology. As the Head of Marketing Operations at
Silicon Labs, you will be responsible for the marketing operations
team's success and partnerships throughout the organization. You
willensure Salesforce is the source of truth platform for sales,
marketing, and product for all data needs and---the---source of
record for the company's engagements. Using and integrating the
full breadth of the marketing and sales technology stack in
conjunction with Salesforce will be a crucial piece of this role,
tools including:---Marketo, Adobe Experience
Platform,---Leadspace,---Rollworks, and more. You will work with
sales on scaling account plans through data insights and ensure
Account Based Marketing is at the forefront of all tech stack
decisions.You will have the chance to deliver impactful projects
across our businesses and influence and define our system
infrastructure.---Our high performing Global Operations team brings

company.---Responsibilities
- Act as the key business partner from the marketing organization
to the sales organization
- Manage a high performing operations team with focus areas
encompassing marketing operations, sales operations, and demand
gen
- Ensure sales has access to the best customer insights
throughout the selling cycleand ensure sales has an open and
understood SLA into the operations team for support
- Design Salesforce and sales tools with sales team feedback at
the forefront - run pilots with key sales stakeholders to ensure
high levels of usage and closed loop reporting on operation team
projects
- Act as key business partner to performance marketing
organization throughout the full campaign process, ensuring
marketing tech stack delivers an optimal customer experience
throughout the full outbound and inbound motion
- Own and manage the full lead and account engagement process
through the lens of the marketing technology stack. Ensure lead
routing, scoring, and account engagement scoring are constantly
monitored and optimized for various conversion success metrics
- Be the lead expert and strategy driver on the operations teams
for all things Sales and Marketing Technology
- Help improve data integration across the
company,---delivering---data---insights---from other areas of the
business (Sales Operations, Business Units, etc.)---to
influence---development decisions---
- Manage overall database health for marketing and sales
technology stack
- In partnership with Performance Marketing be responsible for
overall demand gen strategy
- Partner with---performance marketing and sales operations---to
ensure best practices are in place for the development and
operationalization of long-term demand gen, ABM, and reporting
standards---
- Ensure reporting and campaign analytics are in place to measure
program success and how to optimize---Preferred Experience and
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, computer
science, mathematics or other relevant disciplines. Master's degree
preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing operations, sales
operations, or analyst teams
- Broad experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle (Selection,
Adoption, Integration, and Optimization) for Marketing and Sales
Technology
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator a plus;proficient in all
common configuration (i.e.---non-coding) tasks preferred
- Expert in---Marketo---or other enterprise-level marketing
automation systems.---
- Experience with ABM Orchestration and Revenue Optimization
Platforms like 6Sense and Engagio are preferred
- Understands business process development and improvement
initiatives including data analysis, mining and warehousing,
business intelligence, and lead management processes and
technologies.---
- Experience leveraging data science or analyst teams to produce
consistent reporting on crucial KPI's or demand gen
