Req. #297185545 RESPONSIBILITIES + Collaborate with cross-functional EPAM teams to map and document client's vision, strategy, execution and roadmap across numerous data and analytics streams (Marketing Analytics, Digital Sales/Commerce, Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics) + Lead and develop a comprehensive data and analytics enterprise-wide strategy for enabling, optimizing and measuring sales, marketing initiatives & investments + Provide consulting expertise on omni-channel sales & marketing use cases, campaigns orchestration, audience management and cross-channel customer journey analytics + Serve as a trusted client partner and SME for data and analytics streams such as Digital Analytics, Data Integrations, Digital Marketing Integrations, MarTech, AdTech, Marketing Analytics Models (Propensity, LTV, Lookalikes) Customer Data Platform (CDP) and enablement + Enhance EPAM's offerings within the marketing data and analytics space by developing novel approaches and product integrations + Contribute to the development of internal accelerators and strategic partnerships + Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFP's, creating proposals and helping close deals REQUIREMENTS + Extensive experience in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Marketing Analytics (5+ Years) + Hands on with the strategy, consulting, and execution both from a functional and technical perspective + Proven History working with pertinent data as well as analytics platforms, products, and tools (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Client-side and Server-side Tag Management, Google Marketing, Platform, Tealium iQ, Tealium Audience Stream, ML models, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DSPs, Braze) + A thorough understanding of CDP capabilities and expertise in at least one vendor (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium) or custom CDPs built on platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake & GCP + Comfortable working consulting presales, engagement management and delivery approaches + Ability to understand and quickly grasp advanced technical terms and concepts + Familiar with data engineering & working in matrix-based team structures + Exposure to running on-site customer workshops & participating in pre-sales activities BENEFITS + Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) + Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) + Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) + Employee Assistance Program + Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions + Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan + Paid Time Off + Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection + Accident Insurance + Employee Discounts + Pet Insurance + Employee Stock Purchase Program ABOUT EPAM + EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
