something meaningfulAbout the RoleWe're seeking a highly-organized,
data-driven, creative, and energized CRM Marketing Manager to join
our newly formed, centralized CRM team at Indeed Flex.With a remit
supporting the delivery of automated and bespoke CRM
communications, the CRM Marketing Manager will play an essential
role in our global mission to revolutionize the temporary staffing
industry, ensuring we provide an industry-leading experience for
our worker community (known as Flexers) and our clients through
delivering the right message, to the right audience, at the right
time.Your efforts will directly drive business impacts through
meaningful life cycle engagement, partnering with stakeholder teams
to deliver communications that engage and support customers,
preempt challenges and build value for our brand and services.the
CRM Marketing Manager will be part of a global CRM team primarily
based in the US.RequirementsIn support of US operations:
- Oversee the establishment and optimization of automated CRM
communications supporting candidate conversion, building value to
drive long-term retention and the promotion of tailored job
opportunities.
- Management and optimization of our CRM tech stack solution
(email, SMS, in-app push notifications) with consideration of
spending, efficiency, data integrity, tracking capability, and
creative flexibility.
- Operate a stakeholder model, supporting CRM requirements that
span multiple teams as functional specialists through providing QA
on campaign design, managing data segmentation, executing
campaigns, and reporting on performance.
- Run CRM experiments to test and advise on creativity, content,
and frequency, and apply learnings to improve key performance
metrics.
- Own US vendor relationships, driving improvements in service,
operation, data segmentation, and reporting & analysis.
- Lead the development of a Preference Centre for contacts to
manage communications.
- Devise a Scheduling Framework, establishing guidelines over
messaging frequency
- Develop and manage a Communications Calendar, working with
stakeholders to plan campaigns that align with the Scheduling

responsibilitiesQualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a customer marketing, email
marketing, or engagement marketing role
- Resilience and excellent stakeholder management experience in a
complex environment
- Experience with journey mapping, A/B testing, and post-campaign
analysis
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A track record of demonstrable business results through testing
and deploying effective marketing and lifecycle campaigns across
different channels
- A keen understanding of customer data, segmentation, and
connection with databases
- Previous experience in managing data integration of marketing
automation systems
- Knowledge of Braze or similar CRM product
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing
simultaneous projects and activities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team
environment
