Learn more at DescriptionMirantis is adding a Product Marketing Manager to our team! As a Mirantis Product Marketing Manager, you'll build brand awareness and drive product adoption for the ecosystem. You'll implement research insights to create world class content assets primed for outbound promotion and enabling our sales org. You live, think, and breathe product positioning, messaging, and narratives while having a passion for leading go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the portfolio. Main Responsibilities:Develop and iterate product positioning and messaging that differentiates the Mirantis Cloud-Native Platform components in the market.Understand the user and customer journeys and align key messages to target audiences within those journeys, especially in describing the technical capabilities of the Mirantis Cloud-Native Platform components in terms of user and customer value.Be a go-to-market lead for one or more Mirantis Enterprise or Open Source components, working closely with sales, product management, and engineering to drive product adoption and product revenue, while helping the team quickly react to real-world customer and field feedback.Understand the ecosystem of partners and collaborate with them to drive awareness, campaigns, co-marketing, and other related GTM for the Mirantis Cloud-Native Platform components.Content creationuse your domain knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of our target personas to create specific content to help customers learn about, select, and be advocates for the Mirantis Cloud-Native Platform components.Sales enablement - guide the team to communicate the value proposition to the global sales team and in developing the sales tools and training that support the selling process. Work with the team to deliver content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product-focused sales materials.Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams including brand research, product, developer relations, and PR to develop clear product and brand narratives and messaging, as well as new program offerings.Market intelligence - be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; understand the market landscape and how to competitively position the product. Serve as the voice of the customer to the internal product-focused teams to reinforce solving customer challenges.Demand and lead generation support - collaborate with the demand gen team to deliver the required marketing collateral that helps drive demand.Be able to flex into multiple marketing tactics, including product marketing, events, growth, and digital.Work externally with creative agency partners to create marketing materials, including interactive experiences and websites, video and written case studies, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.Qualifications3+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in a technical or field-facing role related to developers, cloud, infrastructure, IT operations or networking.Technical experience with development of software products in any capacity, including programer, project manager, product manager or quality assurance.
