Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEditJob Overview:Nichols Engineering is pursuing a marketing coordinator for the summer of 2022. The person in this role would coordinate closely with internal team members in our culture department to develop a marketing plan, including but not limited to: website revamp, social media overhaul, creation of marketing materials, & overall brand management. The internship will primarily focus on research, planning & development for strategic marketing revamp & rollout in 2022 & 2023. They will complete the internship having gained hands on experience in marketing planning & implementation, as well as experience working in a fast paced growing & expanding company. This is a paid internship at $17/hour with an estimated 10 weeks of working. Timeline flexible. The marketing coordinator will:

• Coordinate the 2022 marketing initiatives plan
• Research & plan market appropriate trends & website content
• Communicate weekly with the culture team on all marketing needs and status of the project
• Be the internal liaison between the website designer, marketing consultant and culture team
• Prepare first round of content to internal team as marketing initiatives rollout The marketing coordinator position requires:

      • Currently enrolled in a B.S. program (communications, marketing, or a related degree)
      • Ability to commute & work in office at least one day a week Work Environment:
        • This role will be hybrid, with flexibility on when to be in office & when to work remote. The minimum will be one day a week in office.
        • Work computer and any necessary work equipment will be provided
