results. Examples of how this is measured are but are not limited
to:1.) Marketing campaign generated trials that ultimately close
into sales2.) Marketing campaign generated leads that convert to
sales opportunities and pipeline3.) Marketing campaigns that lead
to app downloads that generate revenue in the future4.) Marketing
campaigns that drive ecommerce store purchases and future LTV from
new customer acquisition from those purchases.At LQ Digital, our
goal is to grow our clients by driving growth through profitable
customer acquisition across digital media channels. To do this
effectively requires identifying the best customers in a sea of
Marketing and Sales data, which is why we created our proprietary
data solution of LQ Cadence. LQ Cadence builds the pipelines
between Marketing and Sales for all of our clients. This data
powers our ability to grow.You will leverage the existing LQ
Cadence infrastructure and data to build powerful reporting and
visualizations focused on answer questions like: How long are my
customers from Google staying? How long does a Facebook customer
take to convert from a prospect to a closed deal? What are the
common attributes of my highest LTV customers across channels?Our
Growth Marketing Analytics Director will lead this process across
the entire agency. They will work across media teams to define the
best way to systematically uncover answers from our existing sea of
data. They will then create the templates for the best reporting
visualization infrastructure to answer these questions and work
across all media teams to implement and uphold the standards of
reports with our team of media analysts. Their successful
leadership will enable all media teams move quickly to deliver
growth.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild world class dashboards that provide
insights at scale across the organizationPartner with channel leads
to uncover user insights from marketing analytics platforms
allowing the teams to drive higher LTV customersCreate data
reporting and visualization best practices for entire
organizationLead regular trainings for marketing analysts to
empower them to be Tableau expertsQUALIFICATIONS4-7 years
experience sourcing and modeling data from digital marketing data
sources e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Linkedin
Ads, Adobe Analytics, Doubleclick etc.3-5 years sourcing and
merging performance data from Marketing Automation / CRM systems
e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, Hubspot etc.3-5 years experience
using any SQL based query language to extract data from relational
databases and data warehouses3-5 years experience building
dashboards and analytics views using a BI tool e.g. Tableau, Power
BI, Domo etc.3-5 years experience synthesizing hypothesis,
storytelling with data, and driving business decisions built on
data. Creating powerpoints to drive strategic and tactical campaign
decisions using the insights / dashboards you've createdExperience
with external clients preferred, but not required#HPPersonal
