Zinda Law Group is an elite plaintiff's personal injury firm looking for ambitious, dynamic, driven, and passionate professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for a creative and hard-working Project Manager/Marketing Assistant to work directly under our Chief Marketing Officer. We have offices in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, and serve clients throughout the nation. Please note this candidate must be available to work on-site either in our Northwest Austin Office or Denver, CO office, with some opportunity to work and train remotely.

    About You:

    You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced team setting. You are interested in a career in project management and the tactics and strategies that help build high functioning teams. You're not organized just for the sake of it, you believe it leads to greater efficiency and getting things done leaves you feeling accomplished. When there's a problem or challenge, you find ways to work around it to accomplish your goal. You love to look for ways to make your co-workers more efficient and happier by creating systems, utilizing new technologies and helping to keep projects on track. You can spot issues using data and are pro-active in finding ways to solve them. You know that at times you may need to enforce deadlines and you are self-aware enough to do so in a way that is friendly and helpful. When projects are off-track, you're willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help. No task is too small if it helps the team.

    We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

    • Technical skills for using marketing technology and software;
    • Skilled in Excel;
    • Digital marketing experience is a plus but not required;
    • Experience with Asana or similar tools;
    • Highly motivated with a drive to get the job done and a positive can-do attitude;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
    • Ability to effectively communicate with the executive team;
    • Bachelor's degree.
      Responsibilities will include:
      • Working closely with the CMO to help with day-to-day tasks;
      • Creating project plans for our marketing teams, which include PPC, SEO, Content and Business Development teams;
      • Managing individual and/or team projects;
      • Updating Asana, our project management software every day;
      • Helping our teams execute by ensuring they have all the materials, information and tools needed for a given project;
      • Helping our teams prepare for meetings;
      • Taking notes during meetings and eventually helping to lead meetings;
      • Monitoring and assessing reporting and relevant tracking metrics;
      • Working with third-party vendors to design and procure marketing materials;
      • Producing weekly campaign performance reports;
      • Contributing ideas about new systems or process that can benefit the team;
      • Finding training opportunities to improve your project management skills;
        Compensation & Benefits:

        • Compensation Range: $50,000 - $70,000/year
