Due to huge growth plans, they're searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities & duties will include: Experience managing and running search marketing campaigns, and demonstrated analytical and creative skills including PPC, Paid Social, Display, App campaignsImplementation - Managing and launching PPC, Social, Display, and App campaigns. Ensuring all strategic projects are on track and progress updates are supplied to other teamsReporting - You will be responsible for producing acquisition and retention performance analysis using data visualization from multiple sourcesOptimising - You should be able to confidently spot trends and insights that have a real impact on the success of Indeed Flex. Set and optimize the paid local distribution strategy for upper funnel and mid-funnelTeam Working - You will be working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out digital campaigns and improve the user journey and touchpointsProactivity - You should be confident in your knowledge of paid search and recommending strategies and tacticsExperience managing and running search marketing campaigns, and demonstrated analytical and creative skills including PPC, Paid Social, Display, App campaigns.Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven campaigns and optimizing conversions.Implementing data-driven strategies to drive traffic to our website, creating a coordinated plan across all channels, and developing all the various activities.Set and optimize the paid local distribution strategy for upper funnel "branded content" Qualifications & Skills Proven track record of delivering successful data driven campaigns and optimising user journeys.Experience of working with and marketing SaaS or B2C and B2B marketingUnderstanding of CRM and how it can help to improve leads quality and CLVAbility to demonstrate clear, effective and jargon-free communication creating simple solutions to complex problems.Have creative judgement and excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, CRM, CLV and attributionA curious and quick learner - you'll learn about our product and verticals and be able to adapt your channel strategies and creatives with the different industry audiences.Creative, analytical and data-driven - ability to generate ideas, analyse data and propose how we can test and evolve to improve ROI continuously.ROI-driven and able to prioritise.
