The rapidly growing short-term rental industry offers an exciting alternative to traditional hotel lodging. However, because this young industry is still developing, discerning travelers haven't had a single, trusted brand to book vetted vacation rentals, quality in-home services, and curated local experiences.KEY is where hospitality meets technology. Through its technology platform, guests can book in-home services and local experiences for their vacation rental. KEY works with over 50+ property manager partners providing this elevated service to over 3,000 vacation homes in 30 destinations and growing.Job Description: KEY's brand is the heart and soul of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team and lead the marketing efforts for a fast growing company. Seeking an experienced marketing professional who has an eye for design, loves data and bases decisions on analytics, works collaboratively across departments and has experience with marketplace or consumer models.Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years in Marketing, Digital Communications or related field
    • 3+ years of management experience and the ability to lead teams and be decisive
      • Experience in email or performance marketing, social media and web engagement with a preference for growth marketing expertise
        • Experience working in a fast-pace high-growth environment
          • Ability to work within tight deadlines, be creative, resourceful, and able to adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
            • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
              • Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends, communicate the "why" behind decisions, and pursue the right questions to take action
                • Strong leader, yet malleable and able to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment
                  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
                    • Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
                      • Experience in the luxury market and/or a marketplace model is a plusSoftware & Programs
                        • Knowledge and/or use of email marketing programs such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud
                          • Basic Salesforce knowledge
                            • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
                              • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
                                • Experience in reporting systems
                                  • Wordpress experience
                                    • Basic HTML, CSS and web design experiencePrimary Responsibilities
                                      • Research, planning, execution and analysis for all marketing efforts
                                        • Experience growing brand value and revenue
                                          • Leading all efforts with data driven decisions
                                            • Experience managing and building a team that's high energy and passionate
                                              • Own and manage customer engagement on all three sides of KEYs marketplace (travelers, property managers, local vendors) from marketing campaigns to web performance
                                                • Own all brand content, ensuring messaging remains consistent across all channels
                                                  • Organization and prioritization of marketing goals as they ladder up to company objectives
                                                    • Maintains strong relationships with the business development and operations teams to ensure integrity in the sales process in relation to the core message and positioning of assigned products
                                                      • Works with product and tech departments to develop customer journeysTeam Values & Environment
