Join us at razorfish.com.Job DescriptionThe Senior Associate, Digital Marketing Strategy provides customer data-driven digital marketing strategy development for the client's content and services on their owned (mobile platforms, e-mail, website) and paid channels. This role is responsible for day-to-day strategy development and stewardship for marketing programs across the full life-cycle from conception and proposal through creative briefing, production and insights reporting.The ideal candidate should have experience developing digital marketing programs rooted in consumer behavior and 1st party data insights. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clarity and focus for cross-functional teams. They should be detail oriented with an ability to maintain a view of the big picture. In addition to owned channels, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the paid media environment in collaboration with media specialists to develop addressable audience programs in social, search, and programmatic OLA/OLV. They should also be comfortable developing programs that span across email and .com channels.Primary Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Own the development of digital marketing campaigns for specific services (e.g. Money, Health, Rewards, Partnerships etc.) including insight definition, program strategy, creative briefing, and performance/reporting insightsDigital Marketing Program Development: Partner with a cross-functional team of audience, data, insights, social and creative specialists in the collaborative development of individual programs and campaignsThought Leadership and Competitive Intelligence: Support ongoing competitive intelligence activity to drive program opportunity identificationCreative Briefing: Develop insightful creative briefs to provide focus and direction to developing creative program assets (email channel)Reporting Insights: Partner with Data Science/analytics to elevate observations into actionable recommendations built on insightClient Business Immersion: Develop a deep understanding of the clients' category and unique business dynamics within the categoryConsumer Behavior: Develop a deep understanding of both observable consumer behavior within the 1st party audience database and consumer behavior of unknown audience targetsQualificationsExpress complex ideas in conversation, presentation and proseSynthesize qualitative and quantitative input from multiple sources to generate insightsAbility to think and act both strategically and tacticallyExcel at detail-oriented, hands-on tasksCollaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentWrite insightful creative briefs and steward the creative processOriginate and edit presentations to create excitement and sell ideasComfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environmentDesired Experience3-5 years developing marketing strategies at an agency, consultancy or within a marketing departmentSpecific expertise in developing digital marketing programsExperience or familiarity with the Telco and consumer electronics industriesInitiated, managed and led the formation of deliverables such as: Personas, customer journeys, communication architectures, interactive/connection/touch-point plans, campaign plans, program strategies, etc.Insight development from primary and secondary research, plus online communities, ethnography, traditional and web-based focus groups, social media monitoring, digital audits and digital behavioral data, and online/offline media measurement tools.Additional InformationAs part of our dedication to an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Sapient is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, protected veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.
