About The PositionWe are looking for a data-driven marketing systems administrator who will be in charge of building and managing the tools and processes relating to B2B marketing efforts from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective. This role will report to the Revenue Operations organization and partner with Marketing leadership. This role will also focus on data structures for all Revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success), implementation & integration of tooling and building systems that increase efficiency.You will establish close relationships with all Revenue teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns prospects into customers, and continually refine our process to drive improvement. We are looking for a process-oriented individual who can work cross-functionally to build, maintain and connect systems that will maximize efficiency and enable automated reporting. You are skilled with marketing technology systems and have a proven track record of using technology to deliver world-class marketing experiences to our business customers.A successful applicant will be a self-starter who finds both collaboration and critically thinking equally compelling. This candidate would benefit from joining an agile and innovative marketing team and would stay well informed on marketing strategy across the organization.Responsibilities* You will be the owner and expert for all marketing technologies related to customer acquisition programs including championing new approaches and solidifying current operations * Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop and document a coordinated, Lead management strategy and ensure both sides are optimized to identify and work the highest quality leads * Manage database optimization; develop/execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and Pardot performance * Create a campaign briefing process that ensures all campaign launches meet marketing standards regarding objective, research, budget, timing, segmentation, channel, messaging, branding, localization, compliance, execution, data, metrics and ROI * Evaluate new tools to supercharge Rev's marketing efforts and become the subject matter expert in how data flows between Rev's various go-to-market systems * Build efficient, sclable, repeatable, and measurable processes and analysis which support marketing programs * Experience managing projects in an enterprise software environment. Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and databases * Clear and concise communication skills. Ability to forge trusting relationships and work globally as a member of an integrated team Qualifications* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing Operations/Automation role * Experience communicating (verbal and written) effectively with both business and technical teams * Organized and data oriented with great attention to detail * Experience with Salesforce * Experience with an enterprise-scale digital marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred) * Experience with an enterprise-scale customer data platform (Segment preferred) * Experience with setup, tracking, and reporting for digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) * Experience building and managing strategies around first, second, and third-party data management Life at RevRev is a profitable, growth-stage startup that specializes in meeting the speech-to-text needs of hundreds of thousands of customers annually through its unmatched combination of the world's most accurate speech AI and the world's largest community of freelancers working side-by-side.Rev's suite of products includes transcription, captioning, subtitling, as well as a live-captioning app for Zoom video conferencing.
