We're looking for a Director, Growth and Marketing Operations who is strategic and has a history of success in digital growth marketing and running marketing operations. You are highly knowledgeable in growth tactics (creative, targeting, optimization, testing in key search social channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You have managed significant marketing budgets to hit rigorous performance marketing KPIs such as CAC/LTV and payback. This person will also be responsible for operations and technology platforms for marketing automation, enterprise-wide CRM, digital asset management, email, webinars, digital and social media platforms across B2B and consumer audiences. You thrive in a data-driven culture and leverage data in your decision making. You have a background in selecting, implementing and successfully managing Martsch stacks for marketing teams, and supporting campaign execution, demand generation, lead management, data hygiene and enrichment, marketing attribution modeling and implementation, and reporting. This position reports directly to the SVP, Marketing and will be a remote/work from home opportunity. How you'll make a difference:

  • Be responsible for defining our growth marketing strategy. You will develop, recommend, and execute marketing programs across a variety of paid and organic channels
  • Have ownership of a multi-million-dollar growth budget and optimize campaigns accordingly to achieve our customer acquisition and performance goals
  • Maximize growth through data-driven decisions with dedicated resources from product, engineering, analytics, and pricing
  • Contribute to process of updating marketing technology platform (marketing data warehouse, customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, modeling/analytics, etc.) including vendor(s) selection, implementation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Information Services to ensure integration across disparate data sets to feed marketing data warehouse and set-up analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance and data governance processes across marketing data sets and vendors.
  • Monitor, report, and resolve issues for the effective flow of data through our systems, programs, and processes.
  • Work with the creative team to make sure all performance marketing assets are built effectively as well as gather learnings to improve them.
  • Collaborate with line of business leaders, Finance, to develop business impact forecasts at the various campaign/investment levels.
  • Create and maintain executive summaries and dashboard on active marketing campaign performance tied to business impact metrics, website/social media dashboards, and ad hoc analytical reports.
  • Work with marketing peers and vendors to set up, implement and manage a marketing attribution model.
  • Proactively monitor and understand performance; lead cross functional teams to take action What you bring to the table:--
    • 10 -15 years of work experience, with at least 8 years' experience in marketing operations and technology implementation role.
    • Experience leading and managing Marketing operations and processes, including lead management (scoring), database management, segmentation, email marketing, and analytics.
    • Proven track record in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, CRM, CDP) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
    • 7+ years digital marketing experience across paid social and additional channels
    • Expert in Facebook bidding, targeting and optimization, with hands-on experience running campaigns and mentoring teams to do the same
    • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics across platforms (web, mobile, smart TV)
    • Proven ability to process/understand large data sets with mastery of Excel and analytical tools such as Looker (or equivalent); experience with SQL/Python a plus
    • Excel in strategic prioritization and decision making; effectively balance long term business goals with short term needs
    • Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models
    • Possess an entrepreneurial and founder mindset, ready to take on tasks outside of role with strong agility to change and to be flexible/resilient Please Note:
