About The Role You will have a unique opportunity to play an integral role in scaling a rapidly-growing early-stage business. We're looking for someone who can dive deep into brand development, growth strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations to scale existing and newly launched markets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a balanced mix of tactical marketing skills, the grit and motivation to scale demand into new markets, an analytical mind to continuously optimize a sustainable growth strategy, and the emotional intelligence needed to inspire teams. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a local marketing function from scratch, with ownership of multi-million dollar annual budgets across multiple different geographies and platforms like Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Youtube, TV, OOH, Affiliate and more. As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll report directly to the CEO and be wholly responsible for building and managing the marketing function of a venture-backed, hyper growth business, leading every aspect of campaign strategy, metrics reporting, and execution. Responsibilities

• Build and manage multi-million dollar budgets across paid marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Youtube, TV, OOH, and more
• Maximize organic acquisition to optimize Blended CAC
• Lead the growth of our customer base across markets while maintaining customer satisfaction, healthy marketplace equilibrium, and achieving target unit economics
• Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
• Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, LTV, and CAC
• Test new channels and technology to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
• Hire, develop, and lead a team focused on growth and marketing excellence
• Iterate and execute on a growth plan for new markets with a focus on lead generation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to ensure healthy growth across each individual market We're excited about you because...
  • You have 7+ years of growth marketing experience
  • You have 2+ years in a people management role with experience hiring and building teams
  • You have a builder's mentality - you're comfortable developing and scaling where nothing existed before
  • You have deep familiarity with optimizing CPL, CAC, and LTV
  • You are highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, you have a strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
  • You have outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
  • You have strong people leadership skills - you can help set the tone with the team, with a results-driven, yet compassionate mentality
  • You are data oriented with sound business judgement and a strong analytical thinker; SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience within a B2C technology company, startup, or other fast-paced environment
