About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong work ethic, impeccable integrity and desire to learn. The responsibilities of this split role covers both HR Administration and Benefits Coordinator and Office Management. An ideal candidate will have great communication skills, high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Key Responsibilities

HR Administration and Benefits Coordinator

  • Managing and administering Teza's benefits program while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Partnering with the business implementing solutions to HR related issues. Includes maintaining and updates employee handbook and HR policies
  • On-boarding of new employees (initiating new employee background checks, facilitate payroll and insurance updates, education on current benefits plan, and immigration (when relevant)
  • Perform exit interviews and processes terminations
  • Manage and support for immigration processes
  • Assists with the performance review and compensation process
  • Acting as key point of contact for third party providers and coordinating changes with payroll

    Office Management

    • Manages the appearance of the office; ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
    • Manages all office and food supplies including daily lunch orders, the delivery and stocking of food and supplies, and the availability of supplies for employees
    • Manages all equipment and facility maintenance as needed.
    • Manages all shipping and receiving of mail, packages, and equipment
    • Manages the distribution of building access cards and parking spaces
    • Plan office social and engagement events

      Required Skills, Experience and Education

      • 5+ years relevant experience in HR function
      • Knowledge of HRIS systems
      • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point)
      • Good communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
      • Proficiency in G Suite (specifically Gmail, Calendar, & Drive).
      • Displayed a high degree of integrity dealing with sensitive information
      • Customer Service and Team oriented, able to work across teams and functions
      • Experience supporting and coordinating candidate/employee immigration processes (a plus)
