management, stakeholder engagement, and training efforts in support
of the transition to the new IWMS system. This position will serve
as an organizational readiness agent and support change readiness
for people/processes/technologies, communication with stakeholders,
and user training/support.Responsibilities
- Partner with Organizational Readiness team members to analyze
the change impacts to identify the level of change and targeted
training for various worker populations within UEM.
- Partner with the Transformation Network, Business Analysts,
Business Leads, and UEM division leads and supervisors on
implementing the pilot training program, particularly with
identifying strategies and approaches that are best suited for
specific audiences. Support curriculum and content development
where appropriate.
- Participate in implementing the sustainment training program.
Deliver training as appropriate; this may be via a
train-the-trainer model.
- Assist employees as needed with the transition to the IWMS,
help with new applications, processes, and resources.
- Assist with developing a process to track change requests or
enhancements during the pilot training program. Assist with data
mapping and data integration as necessary.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3 years of experience
coordinating or administering a program, or 3 years' experience
providing support to a program. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as
initiate and follow through on work independently. Excellent time
management and prioritization skills as well as the capability to
work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and
ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
Strong analytical skills. Experience working with a variety of
internal and external partners. Working knowledge of project
management principles.Relevant education and experience may be
substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsPreferred
minimum 5 years experience. Knowledge of IWMS technology preferred
but not required. IWMS training experience preferred but not
required. Change management experience preferred but not required.
Two to three years experience as a Project Specialist, Project
Administrator, or Deputy Project Manager preferred but not
required.Driving RequiredThis job requires a class "C" operator's
driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current
three-year driving record from the current state of residence. If
not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be
obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who
are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing
(pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random,
return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).Salary
