Bilingual Receptionist for Pediatric Clinic

We are a pediatric therapy clinic in South Austin searching for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! You'll be responsible for various tasks including being the first point of contact for the business, answering phone calls, scheduling, cleaning, organizing, and other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. We currently have openings for both part-time and full-time applicants. Both part-time and full-time applicants must be able to work Saturdays from 8:00 - 2:30.

Responsibilities:

Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol


Qualifications:

At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills

KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped kid-friendly space.
