JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTING CLERK / OFFICE ADMININTRODUCTION:If you

matching under policy guidelines.PRIMARY FUNCTION:Provide
accounting, administrative, and customer service support. Reporting
to the Sr. Financial Analyst, the Accounting clerk role, is
responsible for various accounting, bookkeeping, and financial
reporting duties in a fast-paced working environment. The Office
admin role is responsible for various administrative duties from
maintaining the office to managing office supplies.PRIMARY
DUTIES:Review vendor invoices and purchase orders and properly
record expenses for billing purposes.Prepares check runs for
approval and process vendor payments on a weekly, monthly, or
as-needed basis.Creates invoices (A/R) and submits invoices to
customers in accordance with the established process.Records and
reconciles company credit card expenses and accounts.Account
reconciliationPrepares, verifies, and edits various accounting
reports, including posting, updating, reconciling, and auditing.Act
as a liaison between customers, vendors, and other Company
departments, to ensure departmental expectations are met and
exceeded.Maintaining office: Ordering supplies, resolving office
needs, running errandsHandling incoming correspondenceMaintain
established procedures to ensure Company standards are maintained
through Company and client policies and procedures including, but
not limited to, safety, sales processing, and
confidentiality.Provides assistance with special projects as
needed.Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by
Management.PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: (Reasonable accommodation may be made

of time.Required to use hands to finger (keyboarding) for long
periods of time.Required to occasionally reach with hands and arms,
lift and/or move up to 10 lbsRequired specific vision abilities:
Close vision.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
REQUIRED:Preferably have a bachelor's degree in accounting or
finance, but not a requirement.Must have working knowledge of
bookkeeping or accounting, 1-2 years of general accounting
experience.Must have solid computer skills including strong MS
Excel background (QuickBooks is a plus).Must have desire to learn
about the various companies that are supported and grow in an
accounting career.Must be able to work independently with a high
level of initiative, to prioritize and to meet deadlines.Must be
able to follow-up and follow-through.Must be able to multi-task and
work on many different projects at one time.Must be detail oriented
and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills.4-Horn
