will support business model by working both individually and as a
team in order to grow the success of our company. The individual in
this position will possess extensive knowledge of the office
assistant support needed to be on time and accurate while upholding
our firm's mission, vision, and values. The Office Assistant is
specifically responsible for handling and organizing day-to-day
office support routines. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Prepare
packages for mailing and receiving to include thorough review for
quality of files to ensure all information is correct. Provide
excellent customer service by providing prompt, informed,
professional and accurate service and support for fellow employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve employee concerns in a timely, friendly
and accurate manner. Consistently meet department quality, service
and production standards that promote employee support and company
growth. Manage personal scheduling to meet business timelines.
Ensure appropriate records are maintained and required reports are
prepared. Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing system. Maintain
knowledge of our company's procedures and guidelines including
staying informed on industry compliance and regulation standards.
Perform other job duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Knowledge,
Skill and Ability: Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with
internal and external employees. Ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with employees at all levels
throughout the organization. Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to
completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed
routines, and best practices. Strong organizational and time
managements skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt
to changing priorities and responsibilities. Required to manage
multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Strong attention to
detail with ability to cross check material for completeness and
accuracy. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe
Acrobat, and Google Suite. Excellent navigation skills and capable
to operate multiple hardware products (printers, scanners, PCs,
etc) Understanding of customer and employee sensitive information
protection protocols. Education or Formal Training: High School
Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of
document gathering, preparing mail for delivery, or related
administrative experience. 1-2 years of Office Administration
experience. Working Environment/Physical Activities Office
environment. Must be able to work extended hours as the business
dictates. The job routinely uses standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines and filing
cabinets. The position requires manual dexterity, the ability to
