The RoleThis role is at the center of all things that keep the office running smoothly. --It's about creating an environment where people can succeed, removing obstacles that impede our progress, and facilitating communication. The role provides for the smooth and effective operation of the company. The work can be grouped into these categories:--------------Office management (60%)--------------Executive support to the senior leadership (20%)--------------Project support to the leadership team (20%)About YouYou've been an office manager and executive assistant in a fast-growing company like ours. You are the rare individual who has strong attention to detail and the drive to own and complete your work. You analyze situations and anticipate our needs instead of waiting to be told what to do. You're accustomed to a great deal of change and pressure, with shifting priorities, deadlines, and goals, and feed off the energy created by it. You work with a sense of urgency, can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and get things done by driving for results. In short, you are at the center of making this office efficient.Key Responsibilities--------------Manage the office environment, arrive early to get office prepared for the day;--------------Assist in employee onboarding, including all HR requirements for onboarding;--------------Schedule team meetings and events, ensuring our company calendar is always up-to-date and accurate;--------------Manage and coordinate travel schedules for all senior team members;--------------Assist with any projects assigned by senior leadership as needed;--------------Order weekly lunches and ensure snacks and office supplies stay well-stocked;--------------Manage office food and celebrations budget;--------------Manage all in/out mail to ensure accurate and timely responses;--------------Assist in packaging and shipping for company conferences;--------------Assist with, retreat, and team building event planning.Requirements--------------3+ years of experience as an Office Manager;--------------Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;--------------Have an overall bright and positive disposition;--------------Obsessive attention to detail;--------------Resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;--------------Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;--------------Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;--------------Problem-solver mindset and flawless execution across the board;--------------A natural go-getter with the ability to troubleshoot anything;--------------Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;--------------Tech-savvy;--------------Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Quickbooks
