Purpose of Job We are seeking a talented Risk Analyst Senior
(Property & Casualty - Systems Infrastructure) for our San Antonio,
TX or Phoenix, AZ facility Provides risk management support for a
line of business or staff agency in key risk identification,
measurement and aggregation, and the understanding and management
of risk through appropriate practices and processes. Assesses and
mitigates enterprise and business exposures through the
identification of key and emerging risks and evaluates alignment
with risk strategy and appetite. Monitors the risk and control
environment to ensure that exposures are kept at acceptable levels

stakeholders in the business to identify, assess, aggregate and
document risks and controls, including risks associated with new or
modified products, services, distribution channels, regulations and
third-party operations using advanced knowledge.
* Presents findings to various levels of leadership.
* Communicates results of risk assessments to governance
committees, business process owners and various levels of

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Risk Management,
Business, Finance, or a related field requiredOR 4 additional years
of related experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree.
* Minimum of 6+ years risk management experience or 6 years
operations experience in a relevant functional area to include
banking, insurance, financial services, audit, project management,
public accounting or other related operational area;
* advanced degree/designation in a quantitative discipline relevant
to risk management and up to 4 years relevant risk management work
* PhD in a quantitative discipline and 2+ years of relevant risk
management work experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * Ability to provide independent assessment
and effective challenge over strategic P&C Modernization
deliverables, including: project milestones, roadmaps,
monitoring/reporting, and review of business cases.
* Assess business readiness to launch core P&C modernization
* Assist senior P&C leaders with recommendations for vendor
selection and related proofs of concept.
* Review and assist with documentation of core associated
IT/systems processes and data governance models
* Produce comprehensive independent risk assessments with focus on
documenting both inherent and residual risks of key Modernization
and IT project initiatives.
* Provide ongoing assessment of key project assumptions, strategic
dependency risks, control strength, and gaps.
* Ability to interact professionally with Senior Leadership while
articulating complex technical/risk information in a coherent way -
leveraging effective verbal and written communication styles.
* Evaluate resource and technical readiness for implementation of
Modernization pilots or system tests
* Provide regular updates to the P&C Senior Risk Officer on
Modernization initiatives, milestones, and associated key risks The
