A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships, Financial Operations in San Francisco, CA.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Lead negotiations and partnership discussions, including structuring agreements, defining terms, and securing buy-in from internal stakeholders
Manage ongoing relationships with strategic partners, including regular communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development or related field
5+ years leadership experience including building out and cultivating high performing teams in a scale environment
Deep understanding of financial technology and the payment industry, including displayed experience in commercial and operational roles
Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring complex partnership agreements
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
