Job Description:
CONSTRUCTON ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Process Change Orders, review
unapproved change order reports, and maintain Change Order log, as
applicableProcess Billing including freeform and AIA, and any
required waiversReceive Materials and upload documents in Computer
Ease (CE)Partner with Accounting on Purchase Order inquiries and
outstanding pick ticketsPartner with Accounting on liens, supplier
release waivers, customer payment inquiries, billing revisions,
portal compliance, etc.Gather and distribute Safety materials for
jobs, as requiredReview department reports including
Active/Inactive reports for required updatesRun department reports
and review with the team including PO Status Report, Change Order
Report, etc.Assist field superintendents by reviewing status of
project, material orders, etc.General office tasks that include
copying, printing, filing, typing, and sortingAssist with
rotational schedule and overflow calls for Receptionist, as
requiredBackup to other AdminsOther duties as assignedExpectations

and Business Plan DailyComplete all Training Requirements - SOPs,
Customer Service, Software, etc.Support and Ensure Adherence to
Company SOPs - Purchase Orders, Job Set Up, etc.Understand
different Job Types and Tax RequirementsEnsure all necessary
documentation is provided to set up job timely and accuratelyEnsure
accurate and timely submission of customer invoices per SOP and
Customer RequirementsEnsure entire Team has PO Tax Status Report
for Construction and Remodel jobs to request quotes accurately, as
requiredEnsure Vendor has correct tax notated on quote before
issuing POEnsure proper PO documents are uploaded with technician
signatures and received into CEPrioritize work to balance multiple
projects and deadlinesEnsure attention to detail with emphasis on
accuracy and qualityMaintain professional appearanceAnswer phones
in a polite and professional mannerKeep office area clean and
organizedCommunicate effectively and professionally within the
department and with internal and external customers Teamwork -
maintain positive interactions within your team, local office,
etc.Actively Participate in required team meetingsKnowledge:High
School diploma or GED is requiredWork Experience: Construction
administrator experience is a plusAdministrative experience is
preferredSkills and Competencies:Excellent written, verbal and
presentation skillsDetail oriented with excellent organization
skillsProficient in working with Microsoft Office Products
including Word and ExcelProficient in PDF creationMust have valid
state driver's license and good driving record Compensation
