seeking qualified applicants to work as a Floating Universal Banker
at our Austin, Texas Banking Centers. This position has steady work

potential.Job Duties:Accurate completion of all teller
transactionsAbility to travel to all branchesAdaptability to work
in numerous locations with different teamsFlexibility to change
shifts on short noticeProvide excellent service experience for our
customersEssential Job Functions of New Accounts:Answer customers'
questions and explain available services such as deposit accounts,
CDs and IRAs.Inform customers of procedures for applying for
services such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks and
certificates of deposit.Interview customers in order to obtain
information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit
boxes (in branches where safe-deposit boxes are
available).Investigate and correct errors upon customers' request,
according to customer and bank records.Refer customers to
appropriate bank personnel in order to meet their financial
needs.Accept and process customer address changes.Key all new
accounts and ATM/Debit cards into the system.Image new accounts
paperwork as needed.Clear all new accounts exceptions.Ensure all
new accounts are submitted and passed through audit process.Accept
both personal and merchant Visa/MasterCard applications.Assist
customers with statements and check copies.Perform other duties as
assigned by management / supervisor.Comply with federal, state, and
company policies, procedures, laws and regulations.Adhere to all
relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's
Information Security Program.Provides exceptional customer service
by positive customer interaction and punctual responses to customer
calls and inquiries.Actively listens to customers' needs to provide
appropriate products and services.Open accounts and cross sell
products and services making referrals as needed to other
departmentsMaintain thorough knowledge of all ABC products and
services.Participate in Bank at Work programs.Participate in branch
promotions and sales initiatives.Make customer calls on existing
