This position will lead all finance transformation projects, including the successful implementation and management of Workday ERP system. The senior manager will be a leader and hands-on technical expert, building a technology roadmap that balances the strategic and operational needs of Finance. This role will partner with IT, business, and vendors to direct and maintain the function of EZCORP's internal Finance information systems.What you will be doing as Senior Manager, Financial Transformation:

  • Support the assessment of the current State process, crafting of the future State, and development of a roadmap for Finance Transformation and Workday implementation
  • Partner with Global Process Owners and the Technology and Engineering teams to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Lead change management and project management activities for the team
  • Support in the benchmarking effort for finance processes
  • Lead continuous process improvement projects
  • Acts as lead representative and liaison between Finance, Information Services, vendors, and other partners for ERP and implementation projects
  • Works with implementation partner to create, maintain, and direct the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of Workday Finance ERP
  • Oversees the evaluation, installation, configuration, and deployment of Finance systems
  • Ensures that any new system integration meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
  • Liaises with system vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues in program logic and the interoperability of existing systems and how this will change in the new system
  • Analyzes project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects
  • Presents at Executive and Committee meetings as needed
  • Implements project communication and training plan
  • Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and data integrity, while providing consistency in content and 'look and feel' across the enterprise
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetWhat we are looking for:
    • 10+ Years of Professional Experience
    • Understanding of business processes related to General Ledger, Close and consolidation, Cash Management, Statutory/Secondary Ledgers, Fixed Assets, financial reporting, and internal control concepts; experience assessing impact of a business process / system change within above areas bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT or related field
    • 4+ years of management experience leading small teams while flexible to be hands-on, along with experience resolving conflicts and influencing decisions
    • Workday Implementation experience required.
    • MBA or CPA
    • 5+ Years of Transformation Experience (i.e Finance Transformation, ERP Implementation, etc.)
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong partner management experience having worked closely with senior leaders to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives
    • Detailed knowledge of finance and accounting best practices and processes
    • Strong consulting skills including experience facilitating workshops, driving meetings/engagements, and leading change
    • Prior experience with multiple large transformation/strategy end-to-end projects
    • Demonstrated understanding of technology and ERP applications (Workday Required)EZCORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer
