Job Description:
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
This position is located in our corporate office in Dripping
Springs, TX.

looking for professionals with exceptional customer service skills
to manage day-to-day operations in our partner hospitals across the
United States. HHS is currently seeking qualified candidates for
our Staff Accountant position. This position is located in Dripping
Springs, TX. and is a hybrid position. Partially in office and
partially work from home.
Responsibilities:
Provides management with financial information by researching and
analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements.
Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by
gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system
and from departments.
Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by
inputting & verifying data
Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports;
verifying information
Prepare various schedules for the annual audit.
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files;
reconciling accounts.
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current
procedures; recommending changes.
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and
interpreting data
Reconcile miscellaneous general ledger accounts on a monthly
basis.
Assist in registering and preparing annual reports for respective
states the Company performs business in.
Collaborate with other departments to problem solve ongoing issues
that impact department / organizational goals
Initiate continuous quality improvement in work process
Complete projects as requested by Senior Management
Other Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrates creativity, intelligence, and discretion in planning,
organizing and coordinating department functions.
Assesses a situation, considers alternatives, and chooses the
appropriate course of action.
Demonstrates fiscal accountability for department resources and the
ability to achieve outcome within allocated resources.
Communicates and supports the Companies mission, vision, and
values, as well as departmental goals to all staff.
Defines performance objectives and metrics for the department.
Collaborates with other departments to problem solve ongoing issues
that impact department/organizations goals.
Incorporates quality improvement data and/or patient satisfaction
data into departmental goals.
Demonstrates proficiency at department specific computer software
and technology.
Experience in NetSuite, Adaptive, and Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant work experience with increasing levels of
responsibility
Understanding of Corporate accounting policies and procedures
Understanding and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP)
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a dynamic
team
