Bilingual Bookkeeper Our client in Austin, TX has an immediate need for a Bilingual Bookkeeper on a direct hire basis. - Company Profile: Janitorial Services Family Owned Does your resume really present you as the best qualified candidate for the job? -Put your voice out there too! -We invite you to share your story and complete a quick video interview that will be done in less than 3 minutes. -Please follow this link: -http://interview.deephire.com/wxg Bilingual Bookkeeper Role: - The Bookkeeper provides accounting, payroll, budgeting, reporting and other financial and business support services essential for our operation. - Accounts Receivable Functions: review monthly billing reports, post payments, complete daily reports Accounts Payable Functions: analyze, verify, and process invoices for proper disbursement, sort, code, enter A/P data, maintain vendor files, and prepare checks for signature Data entry of payroll for about 80 individuals Identify and resolve incomplete or conflicting information Miscellaneous Office Tasks, including reviewing applications and reaching out to potential employees as well as communication with vendors - Bilingual Bookkeeper Background Profile: Must be bilingual English and Spanish 1-2 years of Bookkeeping experience - Experience with QuickBooks required Well-organized with the ability to handle detailed and complex work with accuracy Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task, respond in timely fashion to deadlines, and balance workload in a fast-paced environment - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Must work well with a small team - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Features and Benefits of Client: Medical Dental Vision Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. -Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
